Maxwelton
GeoSolutions, Ltd. was incorporated in January of 2003 by Jeff
Bray and David
Scott. Jeff had based most of his thesis work at West Virginia
University on the use of microgravity to locate caves and characterize
a lineament in the Greenbrier Valley of West Virginia. The first
project, conducted in Maxwelton, WV with the help of David Scott
and others, was so successful that he began to use microgravity
to locate more caves while learning more about other applications
of the technology. The two soon realized that this geophysical
method could be very valuable in a number of scenarios, and
decided to make this technology more accessible by forming Maxwelton
GeoSolutions.
